Teal Creek Homes is a husband and wife run custom home building business dedicated to a personal and interactive, quality home building experience. Jim graduated from ISU with his Construction Engineering degree followed by years in the commercial building industry as a project manager prior to home building. Jim has a thorough understanding of the building process and the many details the process entails. Julie is a 4th generation home builder with a degree in Business Management. Julie prides herself in the level of care she provides her clients throughout the build of their home and for years after.
