He showed up right on time. They again took a lot of care unloading the house hold goods & furniture. They have hired 1 help locally in Missouri besides the Truck driver & helper from Clive. The locally hired help was not doing a good job & was using some not so good language. The truck driver was informed about the same and he fired the local help right at the spot and unloaded and assembled all the stuff on his own along with the helper he got with him. They were professional all the while taking good care. He told me there is no place for unprofessional behavior in his organization and that's why he fired that individual right at the spot. It took him more time to unload his truck then anticipated due to less help on hand. But he never once complained about it.
Overall excellent service. All through the move right from the time I took the quote till after unloading, my handler (Connie) at the company remained in touch with me. She even gave out her personal number to stay in touch over the weekend as the move was taking pace on the weekend.
If the need for the move arose again, I would contact them again to see whether they can do my move. Excellent organization which made us feel very confident. We were very concerned when we decided to move reading all online reviews. I did a lot of researching and finally got quotes from almost 8 different agencies. Their quote was very competitive and their website also had reviews about them. So we chose to go with them and we have excellent words to mention about their service.
