Customer sevice was prompt and they didn't try to over-sell us. When the service work seemed to take too long they told us that the muffer they orderd wasn't on the delivery truck and the next trunk would arrive in about 25 minutes. Would have been good to know without asking why it took so long - about 2 hours total time. Also, when they backed the repaired vehicle out of the garage bay there was a loud rattle. So they had to do some more repairs to weld the muffler into a position that it wouldn't rattle against the frame. They were very polite but it took too long which is why I had to give them a and quot;Cand quot; grade instead of a higher one.

They were able to get my car in for service, in a day, and were friendly and professional. They took time to explain what they found when inspecting my car, and offered suggestions for repair/replacement. Fantastic service, great price, and I was totally pleased with their work. This was my first service on my car, at this Midas location, and I plan to return, when I need other maintenance done. Definitely recommend this location.
