I wish i had listened!!! it dosent matter how much they whine for money during the job, I WILL NEVER hand a contractor another nickel until every little thing is done!
sorry to all those honest contractors out there, but guys like MATT HAGEMAN of MDH Designs in iowa cause this to happen to you all. no more money till its completely done. and in fact they should make a law that says the contractor should pay for all supplies until the customer is satisfied with the job and then pay for supplies and labor!!!
