I am just not always a fan of them saying hey we can change your filter and stuff like that. I think they can just show us what things look like and say this is what is recommended. We are not pushing it this is our price. If they have any actions, and if you wanted to do it yourself they can suggest where to go to get it. They are probably told to do that obviously, but I am not a fan of that.

Their recommendations on a more expensive synthetic oil were countered by the dealer when I took my care in later.  The checked the air filter, but didn’t full close the air filter box when finished, causing my car not to run as well.  They said they filled my tires with air, but they missed two tires. I came her previously to have them rotate my tires.  They did not tighten the lug nuts enough and I ended up losing the hubcap.

I always replace my air filter, and had just done so.  They asked me if I wanted it replaced.  Also they recommended another expensive service that required them to remove the tires.  Three weeks later on the Interstate, one started to make a horrible noise.  I took it to the nearest service center to find the lug nuts were and I quote 'finger tight.'   

The shop I took it to demanded I tell them where I had it serviced last.  This was extremely dangerous.
