Went badly. She was reluctant to drive me to sites, once asking me if I couldn't drive. I found I couldn't trust her and quot;expertand quot; opinion; at one house with a clearly leaky basement, she told me I wouldn't find a house in Des Moines area with a dry basement. I started shopping around for other realtors when she started sending me emails of 600 sq ft houses. Whew!
"This buyer had a very specific list of needs and a specific price range for which there was limited inventory in our market place at the time. The list of homes I sent her to review may have included some that were much smaller than she hoped to find but that was done to give her a more thorough understanding of what was available in her price range. Her current home was listed but not yet sold and I felt that it was imperative she understand what was available in the market before selling her current home and being unable to find a suitable replacement."
