+ -1 moreExcellent! Terry completed my "honey do" list twice; once when I was in a rather emergency situation with more rain falling and trickles of water showing up on my basement floor. His work is high quality; he is very resourceful in finding parts for components such as for door knobs for my old Beaverdale Brick home; he is friendly and very professional. He provides good estimates, charges a fair price, responds to requests quickly, and does what he says he will do. I have used several handymen in Des Moines over the past six years since I moved here and Terry is the best one ever!
Description of Work: Re-did gutters so that they extended beyond my deck. Had to disconnect from underground tubing and reapply to above ground gutters. Caulked around the house in several places where driveway meets the house which was leaking water into my basement. Fixed doorknob so it opened smoothly vs. locking you in the room. Removed large workbench from my basement by tearing it down and preserving it for someone else to use. Eliminated noises from heating ducts. Replaced trim molding in my dining room. And several other things that I just can't remember right now.
