My husband and I purchased our first home back in May.
We decided to get rid of all the old carpets, and install new hardwood / tile floors instead.
I got several bids from 5 different providers.
Brian gave me a measurement that is the most close to what I did by myself (FlooringGuys' measurement were way bigger than mine, so their bid was much higher than FloorsDirect).
In addition to that, Scott was very kind and tried to give us a good deal, so we decided to go with FloorsDirect.
We are very happy with the outcome!
Brian and his guys were very diligent, and my husband and I are impressed by their workmanship.
Especially, I am thankful for the hard work they've done on the stairs.
And Ryan and his guy worked very h****** refinishing the main floor. My husband and I love the new color!
In addition to the hardwood floors, Brian's guys did a great job with installing new tile floors in my three bathrooms.
Overall, my husband and I are very happy with our choice, and would recommend FloorsDirect if anyone wants new floors.

They were very helpful at the store. I wanted very durable carpet for my family of 7 (with pets). They agreed to install on a Saturday so that my husband and son could be home and help with moving furniture. They were willing to move furniture, but I wanted to save a little on the cost. When they arrived, they got right to work and did a great job. We are happy with the installation and the beautiful carpeting. So far, no trouble keeping it looking great.

Everything was excellent with them, there were no problems whatsoever. They told us what we needed to do to seal the floor and they were very helpful.
