We went to the store and picked out the sink and faucets. They said everything was stock. Our contractor contacted the store and told them what day installation would be. The contractor went to the store to pick up the sink and faucets the day before the install. They did not have anything ready. Come to find out we could not get the sink we wanted. We had to pick out a different sink that was a different color and size than we had originally wanted. They did get the items for us the next day so they were ready for install.

They are so rude! I would not recommend them to anybody.

My first contact was very positive as I was greeted promptly when I stopped in to browse.  Subsequent visits were arranged appointments with a consultant who was knowledgeable and took as much time as we needed to explain things and listen to our interests and concerns.  
     The showroom was orderly and neat and provided excellent opportunities to fully explore our options for all of the equipment we needed.  The consultant was also knowledgeable about all of the parts and equipment needed to install the equipment we selected and added them to the list as needed.
     The consultant worked with our contractor to give us options to save us money and respond to changing desires as we learned more during the process. 
     Pricing was not always obvious as the quotation was furnished to the contractor rather than directly to us.  I'm sure that there were items that could be purchased elsewhere for less but the contractor was concerned about getting service for problems and warranty of the products.
     We were pleasantly surprised at the value we received for mirrors we purchased.  There was a wide range of products (mirrors, lighting, etc) with a wide range of prices to fit all budgets.  Well worth checking this out.

I made an appt. a week or more ahead to see a showroom consultant. I showed up, the consultant was out of town that day. No one else could help. The job was waiting on plumbing selections, so this wasn't real helpful. At the rescheduled meeting, perhaps because I had another week to look into things, at times it seemed I knew the products better than their rep did. I certainly knew by then that the prices I was quoted on some items were about double what I had seen elsewhere. I ordered elsewhere.
