We had recently bought a 12-year-old home that had lower-quality Pella windows, several of which had failed. We wanted to replace the worst of these with good-looking, high-quality vinyl windows that would withstand the rigors of our exposed hilltop location.
Everything started out well. Jason came out and talked about our project and options and had us stop into their showroom to look over the actual windows. After deciding on the particulars, we made a 50% downpayment on the project after Buresh came out to take measurements (this was in July). We were told that it would take 6 weeks or so to have the windows manufactured and delivered.
Fast-forward to late August and we hadn't heard anything, so I called to see how things were progressing. After spending some time on hold, I was told that Brian, the owner, wanted to speak with me. Oh-oh.... It seems that our order was never completed and sent into the manufacturer. The employee responsible apparently made several of these mistakes, meaning that there were several customers whose orders were now delayed. Brian said that Buresh had no particular leverage with the manufacturer in terms of rushing the order through. He would do what he could do about that, but meanwhile offered a 50% discount on the remaining balance of the contract (a 25% discount on the total) and assured me that we would have top priority for installation once they came in. Getting a 25% break on an expensive project sounded reasonable to me, so we proceeded on that basis, expecting that it might now be late October or November when our windows would be installed.
So, the windows finally came in in early December. For some reason, the order was not quite complete. Rather than install the windows that were ready to go and wait for the additional components, Buresh chose to put our project on hold - not top priority in my mind. Suffice to say, the project was completed, after weather delays, on the 31st of December.
The installation I would have to say was top notch, and the people were very courteous and professional. I have had a hard time writing this review, much less rating various aspects from 1-5. On the one hand, I got a great price on an excellent product that was installed professionally. On the other hand, the entire process took over 6 months. Perhaps Buresh should have a better set of checks and balances so that one bad project manager can't screw up their business. Perhaps they could have started my project earlier with the completed windows that arrived in early December if for no other reason than to placate an already frustrated customer.
I would like to say that I would give them business again, but I would certainly shop around first.

The gutter cleaning was fine. Very good, in fact.
The quality of the replacement windows was good, but the actual work could have been better. Took longer to do than expected and we don't think they insulated the space around the windows (as they had promised) as much as they could have. We've gotten replacement windows from another firm since then (Pella, as a matter of fact) and the installers were neater, quicker and more professional.
The replacement windows are still better than what was there.

We have stone block patio steps that had begun to settle unevenly given incorrect installation by the previous owner of the home, which included installing the steps directly on top of the bottom siding board of our home. As a result of this, water/snow got behind the steps and damaged our bottom piece of siding as well. I called Buresh (among others) to arrange an estimate and Jason was out there in about two days to meet with me and discuss the issue. About a week later I received the estimate from Brian, which came in at the lower end in terms of cost compared to other estimates I received. I spoke with Brian a couple times during the process including a couple emails back and forth and he was able to get a two-man crew out about a week after I agreed to have Buresh Home Solutions do the repairs. The two guys that did the work were great, very professional and did an outstanding job with the repairs. This involved removing nearly around 60-70 90lb stone blocks including the sand/gravel under each layer of steps and resetting everything evenly with the proper materials underneath the steps. In addition, they replaced the damaged siding with a PVC board to avoid similar damage in the future. Overall, the process took about 3 weeks from start (calling for an estimate) to finish (having the work completed, which took about 2 full days). One of the advantages for me with having Buresh do the work is that they were able to do both the steps and siding repair. Other companies I called would only have been able to reset the steps, but I would have had to call another contractor out to repair the siding piece. Given that we would have had to tear out the steps first to get at the siding, this would have been inconvenient in terms of coordinating the scheduling between the two companies. Instead, Buresh was able to do it all and do it well.
Brian and his team were great to work with...very professional, on time, great communication, cleaned up everything after they were done, and great price. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if I need any other exterior repairs completed.

Our experience with Buresh was excellent from beginning to end. Brian was great to work with, gave us various options for covering our patio, and came in at the cost quoted. The louvered roof is of very high quality, and one year in, we absolutely love the product. It was a bit more expensive than we were hoping to spend, but I would definitely use Buresh again for any home improvement projects we have. They're a great team!

Everything went well. The only glitch was that the contractor had to cancel the first appointment because his wife had a baby. That is understandable. Once that was past, they did everything they said they would do.

The Buresh crew did a great job for us! This is the third time we have used Buresh Home Solutions for a major project at our home. They are professional, courteous, and very attentive to detail. Communication was outstanding throughout the project. Their bid was very competitive (4 bids total). The crew did an outstanding job with nightly cleanup and left our property in excellent condition at the end of the project. Due to lots of rainy days plus repair of unanticipated water damage under our old siding, the project took longer than expected. This was not an issue for us as we knew that the project was being done professionally and correctly. We would definitely use Buresh again.

The company did the work as described and did it well. On time, on budget (I guesstimated the amount), cleaned up. The only issue I had was no one explained to us that new wood would not take stain the same way old wood would. I know, obvious, right? I specifically asked if it would look okay and was told the stainers do a good job and will make it look good. Nope.
Brian Buresch offered to refinish in an opaque stain and seemed genuinely concerned over the issue. We were having the house repainted and wanted to wait on colors, and by then it was late fall and then I just completely forgot to take him up on his offer. So, not fault of their own.

They were very prompt to reply to my quote request. Quoted price was not the lowest, but with their great reviews and Angie's List discount they were the best choice. Start of the project was delayed some because of weather, so no fault of theirs. However, once they started they completed it in a timely manner. They did a great job of communicating having the lead crew member meet with before work was started and then again half way through to make sure I was happy with how things were going. Once they were done, there were a few small things I noticed that I wanted corrected/re-done, which they did promptly.
Since the completion of the project, they have contacted my by e-mail and mail to make sure I am completely satisfied.
Very happy and would definitely use Buresh again!

Buresh employees were able to match older brick pattern which is no longer made. The two men who performed the work did an excellent job. I can not tell where the new brick work starts and the old ends. Job turned out much better than I had hoped. This company does excellent work...not the cheapest, but competitive. If you want the best call Buresh (pun intended), if you want cheap call another company.

After listening to my needs and concerns Jason arranged for a time to meet at Buresh's showroom to further discuss the products they use and how they are used to gain the maximum efficiency. My wife and I really needed this information as this is our first major home improvement project by a contractor. Taking the time to explain all the details made the decision to award the contract to Buresh a logical choice.
We settled on a date and waited anxiously but unfortunately mother nature was not kind and caused delays. Jason kept in contact and provided regular updates to when the work would begin. AS soon as the weather cleared Gilbert's crew started at 7AM and worked diligently until the job was to a point that in the event of further rain I would had nothing to worry about. At the end of the first day my yard was spotless. Sure the grass was walked on but that was the only noticeable hint beside a new roof that work was performed.
The next day the crew arrived and put the finishing touches on the new roof. I completed the walk around with Gilbert and received a final invoice with all the work that was performed. The final bill was slightly higher but that was caused by a few extra boards needing to be replaced, which was completely expected.
From the beginning to the end Buresh treated us with complete professionalism. Sure my job was not a hue contract, but it was to my wife and I. I will not hesitate to contact them again for any work that I need to have performed.
