We had been getting water regularly in our basement after a few bad storms. I had noticed water spilling out of the gutter so I called a few companies for an estimate. Hugo from Buresh noticed that although our gutters were big, our downspouts were not. So, he replaced the smaller downspouts with larger ones and checked the gutters around the entire house even though I didn't specifically ask him to. A few of the outlets from the downspouts weren't flowing away from the house so he fixed those as well. He did the work while I wasn't at home, but came by the next day to talk to me in person and answer a few questions I had.

Mr. Buresh was extremely professional. We were pleased with the estimate; we just were not ready to do the work at that time. He also mentioned that he did concrete work so we emailed him later to ask about an estimate for that. He replied quickly that he no longer did that and he referred me to someone else. We really liked his personal honest approach and we will do business with him at some point. We still need to do the siding repair work. We don't doubt his honesty whatsoever. They email a monthly newsletter and it is very good. It is about home remodeling.

They had a painting crew and a handyman who did some work around the house. Bryan came here originally for a siding job and we asked him if he could get his people to help us with other things. He was broad enough in his services to do other things as well for us. Bryan always had a foreman onsite who was in constant communication with him. They did excellent work and were very professional. We would hire them again today.

Brian was a pleasure to deal with, very quick to respond to phone calls, helped me pick out the windows that were right for me, and worked with me to get the best value for my money. Installation went very smooth, the installers were polite and professional. There was a slight mixup where the grids were not delivered, but Brian immediately took action and fixed the mistake, it was greatly appreciated.

"I am sorry about the member's dissatisfaction, but am also a little confused. Our handyman did inspect and actually cleaned out some gutters that were clogged and inspected the roof for possible areas that could be repaired. After the inspection Ron (Our Handyman) informed the member's wife that the roof had way to much damage with cracked and completely missing shingles for us to do a repair because the roof really was in need of replacement and that they should consult with Brian Buresh about a new roof. This is exactly the situation I told the member about in his initial call to our office. We are very careful of repairing a roof that really needs to be replaced because of future liabilities if other areas of the roof fail. During this call the customer understood why we would operate that way. We did charge $55.00 for the gutter cleaning and inspection and have since left 2 messages to discuss roof pricing with no response from customer."

Excellent! I had concerns over the location of my existing downspouts and Brian Buresh came out to discuss my questions before installation ever even occurred. Installation was quick---only one day---and the man who actually performed the work was very thorough and neat. The site was left clean.

This was a project I started and after doing the demolition, I realized it was more than I could do. I had them come in and insulate the walls, install new drywall on the ceiling and walls and all the new trim. They installed the new vanity, sink, toliet, plus the mirror. They also installed the baseboard in the bathroom and all around the remodeled rec room. In addition, they repaired several drywall problems in the rec room while they were on the job.

They were very thorough in their measurements because we were placing the old casement, (crank outs) with new customer built double hung windows. They took off the inside trim and measured. They quoted us a price. Once we agreed on everything, they brought in the manufacturer's rep and measured again just to make sure they were accurate. Once the windows were received, they took the old ones out and installed the new ones. We were going to use the old trim on the new windows but after seeing how nice the new windows looked, I asked them if they would replace the old trim and install new trim. They agreed and the additional charge we minimal. They also were able to do this with out delaying the overall project.

This company did my siding so when I needed a new roof, I called them. They gave me an estimate, including my option for shingles and they added a ridge roof vent system. They removed all the old shingles and repaired some minor sheeting damage. They installed the new shingles. They cleaned up after themselves. I didn't have a bunch of old shingle particles or nails in my bushes or yard to clean up. They were very thorough in their clean up work. The whole job only took about three days and I have a very high, very steep roof with many angles.

They did an excellent job. They started the siding and windows by taking off the old Masonite siding. Replacing any sheeting that needed replacing. They found hidden damage that was due to a problem around my chimney. Not part of the original estimates. They called me right away and I inspected the problem. It was due to improper flashing by the previous owner. They repaired the damage right away at minimal cost and no delays in the job. The important thing I thought, was they kept their promises. They started when they said they would, finished when they said they would and didn't pull the crew until the job was finished. We've had several people look at our house and all thought it was an excellent job. Lastly, the price of the job was the price quoted.

Easy to work with and prompt. The handyman, Ron, came and reviewed the projects and got right to work. He worked quickly and seemed to be an expert at all my various projects. It was a pleasure to have these projects off our list. Plus, he even vacuumed my counters after he worked in the kitchen. My husband and I are very happy and will call on them next month to do more.

Gutter Repair and Replacement
Overall they did a fast, good and efficient job. Buresh hires out some jobs to other contracters, which was done for this job. Brian comes and inspects your home and prepares the estimate himself. He also inspects the job once it is complete to make sure it's up to his standards. The only downside is that he doesn't like to accept credit cards - which I think is a must for a home improvement company. He explained to me on the phone that he gets charged a 3% fee if he accepts them, so he prefers not to.
