Technician Jason visited us to repair a relay that wasn't turning on our furnace (or so I thought).  After inspecting he decided our vent had an obstruction that formed an air pressure that kept the furnace from operating.  On opening the pvc vent pipe we found a mud dauber's home/nest.  Jason cut open the pipe, cleaned it out, glued in the repair pipe and got our furnace working.  He also inspected it and checked the exhaust to find that we had a bigger problem - our heat exchanger needed to be replaced.  He left and someone called later to explain the part was under warranty but we would have to pay for installation and gave me an estimate.  This work was completed within 10 days, if I recall correctly, as the heat exchanger had to be ordered from the manufacturer.  People at RHA I contacted were courteous, listened, work was done as expected and areas were cleaned up after completion.  I had also requested a written receipt/record of test results from exhaust fume tests, especially Carbon Monoxide levels, after repairs were completed.  Jim Thyne came out to check these.  I had talked to him previously at their shop/office in Clinton about billing.  Only later did I realize that he was the owner of the company & that he had taken time out at the end of his day to follow up on this job.
I had called RHA this time because I had used them to service our furnace before.  RHA also held a contract at the company I had worked for several years earlier to take care of the HVAC there - I had gotten to know our service tech, Ron, back then.  Because I had a good impression where I worked I chose RHA to service my home furnace after using a couple other local companies that didn't leave as good an impression.

He was great made sure his feet were clean before coming in the house and made me feel very comfortable about what he was doing.
