Window Service
The owner of Kurtz glass in Clinton IA installed several new windows at my mobile home and did not put the proper hardware on which holds the window open. Every time I had to open my bedroom window I had to have my son help due to how heavy it was. I addressed the issue with him and he refused to make it right.
