I called them because my central air was making a noise. After 4 different techs told me 4 different stories, I ended up with a destroyed central air unit. Because I couldn’t spend $6000 on a new system with their company and because I wouldn’t leave them a good review, they decided to not refund me the deposit I paid for a part that they took back.
