As I said above Dave's work has been outstanding. He has always come in within budget and timeliness. He has done everything from installing a new water heater to a full house of windows. Dave's most recent project was enclosing a garage for us. His work has always been very professional. From speaking with him he is a retired contractor that ran a company with many crews in the past. He wanted to get away from that and just do small projects on his own again. The only thing to be aware of is that Dave loves to talk and tell stories.
