I scheduled an appointment to take my wife's vehicle in for a grinding noise when applying the brakes. I showed up to the dealership 10 minutes early and they took all my information and my keys and said we will get you pulled in. The technician pulled my vehicle into the service bay. Just a short time later they were providing me with a cost estimate for new front brake pads and rotors. I found the price to be acceptable for dealership prices and allowed them to perform the work.
I was very pleased with the quick work that was done the waiting area was clean and they offered coffee and water while waiting. They had TV to watch and WiFI. All in all I would recommend using these guys. The estimate was right on to the penny, my vehicle was returned clean.
