+ -1 moreContracted with Howard to put in a fondation floor and driveway for a garage and a sidewalk in Jan 2011. I was to be his first job of the year. 8 times he said he was going to start tomorrow. He put in the footing in July . and then did the rest in little parts over the next 5 months. He never did finish and put in the sidewalk. The floor for the garage was out of square. The drive is at a rediculas angle. This man is totaly unreliable and does lousy work.
Description of Work: Howard took over a year to do most of the job but he never did finish it. He didn't take out enough dirt so the garage is sitting about a foot higher than it should be making the driveway way steeper than it should be. The garage floor is not square. Do not hire this man. Even if he does actually finish the work it will be subpar.
