It was a constant battle to get our home completed so we could move back in. If suffering from a home fire: Wait 10 days and absorb what happened. Get multiple contractor estimates in detailed writing. If they cannot get you a detailed estimate then do not go with that contractor. We asked and asked for a detailed estimate and never got one. We then upon completion asked for a detailed statement of work done and they refused.
Description of Work: our home suffered a fire and this company was hired to a complete gut and remodle, this company was fast and punctual at first. However days and weeks our home would sit empty without workers. After our home was completed we suffered 3 water leaks causing damage to our newly remodled home. workers left their mess, leaving water sitting on brand new dressers as opposed to moving the furniure. They came in and out of our home without notification, while we were not home. They were told to always let us know when they would be at our home and then to be punctual...this did not happen. They would wait until we were not home and then come....
