Concrete Leveling
We asked to go up 3 foot, I paid $450 to a surveyor to get the heighth. After it was done, it ended up under 2 foot. He wasn't going to use seal plates. I began to complain, he jacked the home up and put some in. He didn't tighten them down properly. He put decks on the house, didn't tighten them down properly as well. They are crooked. He has very shoddy work. The estimates to fix what he didn't do was about $20,000. We are currently in litigation.
