- The actual visit went quite well. The car was fixed in less than an hour while we waited in their lounge.
- We did have to wait 2 weeks for the part, however. The mechanic told us that he wanted to find a 'cheaper part', which left us unable to lock our car for that entire 2 weeks. If our trunk is not latched, the door will not lock. Only after my husband called and let them know that he was unhappy, did they order a different part.
- Other than that, they were polite, quick and pleasant to work with. After my husband relayed his concerns, they did their best to accommodate us.
