This was by far the most horrible experience we've ever had with a moving company, and we've moved several times. I've never written a review of ANY company for any reason, but the service we received here was so completely awful, I feel the need to warn people. First, the movers didn't wrap or protect any piece of furniture before loading it. No plastic wrap. No blankets. Not a single furniture item wasn't scratched or otherwise damaged. We had an armoire that was a single piece when we bought it. After this move, it was sheared in half. Second, they disassembled several large pieces of furniture and then dumped them unceremoniously in our new home and didn't put them back together. My husband watched in horror as they dropped furniture off the truck and onto the concrete below without any consideration. They sheared a wheel off of our kitchen island. One of the guys got on my prize new bicycle (the tires were flat) and rode it around on the rims. I now need new rims. I have exactly one good suit. We found it in the basement pinned underneath some storage shelves. The list really is endless. And ongoing. We moved in August 2019 and as we've continued to unpack, we've discovered several other damaged items. I contacted the owner with my concerns and he came to our home to survey the damages. He apologized repeatedly for the shoddy work and asked how to make things right. We only asked that they either fix what was broken or replace it. They did fix what they could, which wasn't much. But they offered us a paltry $375 off our $2600 bill to replace all of our broken items - including two Christmas trees whose tops were inexplicably lopped off. $375 dollars didn't begin to cover the damages. When I tried to negotiate with the owner to work out a more equitable solution, he became openly hostile and just kept repeating that he "needed to collect our payment as soon as possible." We just wanted things "back to normal." We certainly weren't trying to get unreasonable concessions. By that time, I was so emotionally kaput, between the stress of the move and dealing with White Glove, that I just paid the invoice to make them go away. The one star I will give them is for their office manager who was truly gracious and handled our concerns professionally. That was the ONLY aspect of this nightmare that was handled professionally. Don't trust your property to this company!

White Glove Movers were very professional and efficient. They gave me an in home estimate for my move which was very accurate. They were careful with my belonging and also worked hard to move quickly. I would highly recommend.

The four movers were very professional and the only thing that was damaged was a small picture (we did not pack very well, so it was not their fault). They were organized, quick, and friendly. The effort was well worth what was paid.
Overall, they knew what needed to be done, and did not burn time which saved us money. Very satisfied with this company.

While I did give this company an A, there were a few things that I feel that I should mention.
The positives: They were the least expensive of all the companies that I had looked at. They also quoted a reasonable amount of time for the move to be accomplished in and stuck to that time. When setting up the appointment, it was scheduled for 1 p.m., they confirmed a couple of days before the move (as they said they would) and asked if I would be ready earlier in the day, so I got moved earlier than expected. I was moving from a 2nd floor apartment to a 2nd floor condo, so there were a lot of stairs, but the two guys that moved me had dollies and were able to get 4-5 boxes on each trip. They also took care with all my furniture and boxes, made sure that everything was covered and/or secured in the truck before leaving my apartment.
The drawbacks: I'm calling these drawbacks, because they didn't really affect how the actual move went. When I called about an estimate, I asked if an appointment could be made to have somebody come to my apartment. I was told they didn't do that for apartments, just houses. The drawback to this is that I forgot to mention everything that I would have them move and I underestimated how many boxes (I estimated 25-30, I had 50+) I would have. After I gave them a list and they calculated the estimate (more for time than anything, because they charge by the hour), they told me 3-5 hours. They did not mention this to the guys moving me, the office told them 3 hours, so at the 3 hour mark, the office started calling to find out where they were. The office called 3 times, I was okay with the first time that they called, but after that it got a little annoying. I was paying them by the hour and if one of the movers and to take a call from the office every 45 minutes or so, then that costs me money. One of the movers asked as they were finishing up loading from my apartment, if someone from the office had come and done a walk through. I had said no, because they hadn't; the mover said that they should have because they under estimated (as mentioned earlier, the guys doing the move were only told 3 hours). So for those of you reading, I suggest you insist on a face-to-face appointment to get an estimate (especially if you are moving from an apartment). The office staff had sent a couple of liability forms (via email, which was fine) to be filled out and returned a day or two before the scheduled move. I returned them a week ahead of time. The guy in the office said that he would get them to the coordinator, however, when they called to confirm, they asked if I had gotten the papers to them because they hadn't received them.
Even with the drawbacks, the move went quick, the guys that completed the move were nice and professional. The office overall probably just needs more experience. One of the guys that was doing the move, had said that everybody was new in the office. This was one of the reasons on professionalism, I marked a B. Overall, with everything, I'm very happy with White Glove, and if I ever have to move again, I would definitely look into moving with them.

White Glove was awesome. I would use them again if I ever needed them. I do recommend then to anybody looking for movers. They were very careful with all my and quot;stuffand quot; especially with my collectibles. Nothing was broken during the entire process. One man packed the truck as if it were a art, very precise and careful. The other workers who did the loading/unloading never stopped.

They were prompt, courteous, and did what we asked of them. Nothing was damaged in the move. Originally, we were going to move our own boxes. However, close to the moving day, we called to let them know we wanted them to do this as well. They sent a crew of 3. They worked all day on a hot summer day. By the end of the day, we could tell they were getting tired and some of the last items moved weren't were we would have liked. In retrospect, we should have let them know sooner about the change in plans. Perhaps, they would have sent another person to help. In all, we were very pleased and would use them again.

They are local and they had good feedback on other sites. So we called them up and they seemed pretty good. It seemed like they knew what they were doing and it turned out well. They were efficient and they charged us by the hour, but they didn’t dawdle. It wasn’t like they were trying to make a lot. They were quite good. They were on time. They estimated what they said they would do and the estimate was accurate. They quoted a time. So we were pretty happy. We would use their services in the future too.

Two men came here to move our refrigerator, big LCD TV, washer and dryer and mattress. It took them about 2 hours to move and I am very satisfied with their job.
