Excellent! I was given a written estimate. Work was done by two men. They were efficient and completed the work in a day. The workmanship was good. I am happy with the work and the quality of the product.

Were very quick to respond with an appointment for estimate. Estimate was reasonable. Time to complete took a bit longer than expected, but overall very good company to work with.

Installed new roof and replaced old deck boards. Roof looks great and shingles are exactly what I chose. Crew was fast and efficient. Had a few concerns about a small section below our windows in a dormer. There was exposed metal where the shingles didn't tuck underneath the siding. They came back the next day and applies some caulk. Will need to re-caulk every few years but not that big of an issue. Clean up was decent but far from perfect. Ended up finding over 20 nails in my driveway around where the dumpster was placed. Found pieces of old shingles and sheathing in my yard. Along with a new roof we ordered new gutters and downspouts on the house. We submitted this order at the same time we signed on for the roofing job. The roof was completed around 8/7/15. They were pretty busy I guess because I didn't hear from them again until around 09/11/15. Overall, a great company despite the few shortcomings. Just in high demand so be prepared to wait for their service.

Of the thousands of nails that come off of a roof unfortunately we may miss a few, especially those little suckers that are hiding under a dumpster! The shingling was excellent. We had some unexpected tiny setbacks, but the overall product looks really nice. The setback was due to the weather, we've had constant rain. We're pleased with the quality of the work. They cleaned up very well after they finished. They were wonderful to work with.

We have used Tri county before and were please with them.
Made appointment, had to change it since the siding people weren't ready. They gladly rescheduled. Sent someone out to arrange details and then they were there on the scheduled day- on time. They did a great, neat job. I highly recommend them.

Great, once they got here. They were the lowest of three bids, and when we called them to let them know we were awarding the bid to them, they told us it would be three weeks before they could get to us. We said that was fine...when we got into the fifth week, we called them back to find out what the hold up was. They said they would be out that week...they finally made it on Friday. They did a great job once they got here!

Tri County had the lowest estimate for gutters for out home.
They were very prompt in getting the estimate and then when the date I initially gave them to put up gutters didn't work out they were wonderful at reschedualing me right away.

We had an awful experience with this company. We found this company on Better Business Bureau and thought we were getting quality service. In the end, we wish we would have gone with another roofing company. The owner, Rod, was unprofessional in the way he dealt with our situation. I STRONGLY advise against utilizing this company for your home maintenance needs. Honestly, I am not going to go in depth with our situation, because I do not want to deal with him any more than I already have. (I do realize that he could be reading this review.) This situation has already caused us enough stress. It is amazing what poor customer service and nonprofessional actions can do to the trust of a job/work. We have had issues with this job months later and I am always concerned when it rains, hails, or is very windy. All in all, if you are a consumer reading this, I understand that since I did not go into depth that this may not help you out. I just hope that if you do chose this company, you do not have issues like we have.

I called them for an estimate on gutter replacement. They were punctual in coming out to our home and they were the only one to follow up a few weeks later to see if we had questions or what we had decided. Because of their very competitive price, knowledge of what they were doing, experience in the business and interest to follow up,we selected them out of 4 others. I would highly recommend them. They came out, tore the old gutters off, replaced with new seamless gutters, cleaned up the total area and were extremely professional in every way. I would highly recommend Tri County Roofing.

Tri-County was responsive when coming to look at our house, provide an estimate, and get us on their pre-winter schedule. Unbeknownst to us, they subcontract the actual work to crews, who worked long days, including working on the roof after dark, with no lights or even flashlights (which we provided, so they could see what they were doing). There was also a near-fight between two crews, when both were working here one day - we weren't sure the cause, but it lowered this company in our estimation. The actual crew leader and his partner we had were experienced and knew how to do the job right. They worked hard and even came back weeks later when we noticed not all the gutter screens had been put back on.

The crew did a good job. There was a minor issue that I brought up to the foreman, which was addressed to my satisfaction. Overall, I was happy with the way my roof turned out.
