The first time was excellent, but quality degraded with each cleaning thereafter. I did not call to complain. Finally, I canceled service after they were unable to reschedule my monthly cleaning date.

We have been using them for about six months. The workers are good. Overall its good but not great. I would tell a friend that they are reliable, punctual and quick at working but sometimes they miss a few thing.

I was very satisfied with this team's work. I was home for the appointment which took about 3 hours. They checked in with me about their progress and were very friendly and open to instruction.

Each time they left a list of areas that they cleaned and areas that were given special attention. When I would walk through to look at their work, I could clearly see that they had not cleaned several areas, and the areas that were supposed to have seen special attention were left dusty and not clean. This happened on several occasions. I called to have them re-clean, as was promised if we were ever unsatisfied, but we were the last appointment on Fridays, so they would not come out to re-clean. We were not even reimbursed for the supposed cleaning. Also, I came home several times to find that my house smelled like cigarette smoke. I figured out that the cleaners were smoking in my garage and on my screened-in porch. Horrible service. When I finally got fed up and ended our service, they were supposed to clean one last time and leave our house key. They never showed up for the final cleaning and they never returned our house key forcing us to have to change our locks. The owner of this company promised services in our initial meeting that his cleaners never provided.

"We are sorry this former customer is so unhappy, although we are rather puzzled as to why she waited nearly a year and half to express her thoughts on Angie’s List as she was a customer from March 2012 – January 2013. During that time she registered only one complaint, noting that her baseboards were not wiped; we inspected her house after the next cleaning and she was satisfied. This customer never expressed concerns to the owner or management about cleaners smoking in her garage or porch. According to our computer records, she cancelled a clean and then discontinued service following that cancellation. Dates and times are recorded in our system. We certainly did not fail to show up for a scheduled clean. Additionally, it is fairly certain that we followed our standard procedures in returning her key, although no one can specifically recall doing so at this late date. Although we always appreciate feedback, we do not understand why she waited so long to post her thoughts and it is challenging to provide a thoughtful, helpful response."

1) They arrived 40 minutes late and my realtor frantically called me since she had a 2:45 appointment that she had to attend. I told her to leave the front door open, leave a note what has to be done and lock the door when finished.
2) I bought 4 bottles of a product called "Rejuvenate" , 4 blue Bonnets that go over the sponge mop, ( which I also bought) that ensures the product is applied correctly. They failed to use the Bonnet, never read the directions on the bottle and merely mopped the bedroom hardwood WITH THE GRAIN..
3) Each bottle is 32 fluid ounces, covers 325 square feet. They used only 1 bottle out of 4 and the one they used had at least 2 cups left in it, unused.
4) Rejuvenate must be applied by spraying the Bonnet covered sponge mop, 5 x's(1 ounce) until damp. They must squirt the floor in an S pattern of 4 ft x 4 ft area, mopping back and forth 2-3 times with the grain and let dry for 10 minutes. I was promised that the floors would look shiny & beautiful when they were done.
5) My Realtor went back after they had left and again this morning 4/2/14. She reported that although the house was tidy and clean, the wood floors looked horrible. To make matters worse, I use this cleaning company every 2 weeks at my other home. The Supervisor demanded that I prepay the entire amount of $150.00 in order to clean my house for sale. I find this insulting and unprofessional.

"Following the customer’s complaint, the company owner contacted the makers of Rejuvenate – the product the customer requested we use on her wood floors. The maker stated that Rejuvenate is not recommended for wood floors with damage, such as worn down or unfinished areas. The customer’s floor was worn down in several areas, so this product was not the best choice for the floor. Our professionally trained staff did their best and it is unfortunate that we were not able to meet the customer’s expectations. A full refund was issued."

They do a fantastic job every time they are here. We do a great job of picking up the house the day before they come. The more the house is picked up the better clean that you will get. If we leave sheets on the beds before they get here, they will switch them out. They will use whatever products that we want but I am happy with the environmentally friendly products that they use.

We had an individual cleaning our house for 5 yrs and she moved away. We had 3 cleaning companies provide quotes for us. The Cleaning Authority was not the cheapest of the 3 but what they offered was hands down better. You get what you pay for and after having the same lady for 5 yrs and now having The Cleaning Authority I never knew what I was missing. This service has been fantastic and the cleaning extremely thorough. The cleaning rotation that they do allows for deep cleanings of the different zones in your house. This is more detailed cleaning in the chosen zone that day. It is great to come home to a clean and organized house on the days they come. I am extremely happy with this service and would recommend everyone check them out and see what you get for your money

They have been cleaning our place once a month for a few months. We tend to be neat, and we work to keep our place picked up, but other than in the kitchen and bathrooms, we don't do a whole lot of cleaning in between their visits. There were a couple of instances early on when they were missing a couple of parts of the house that obviously needed their attention, but they responded by sending a supervisor out to talk to us, and they have done a good job in those places, as well as the rest of the house, ever since. I think for the price their service is a very good deal.

They have been coming for a few months now and we have been very pleased! There have been no problems whatsoever.
The people who come have been the same each time, and they always leave a friendly note. My cats are happy when we get home so they must all get along!

They’re polite and do what they are supposed to. Once they broke a plate in my microwave but immediately replaced it with no problems. They’re not allowed to use a step ladder to reach anything very high, so sometimes they miss those things. I think they’re a little expensive. The experience has been okay overall.

I had several cleaning services provide bids. This one laid out the services very clearly in writing. I like the rotating "deep cleaning" concept. I have had many cleaning services over the years, and I would rate this one near the top.
