Texas Roadhouse

01/17/2014 at 6:26 pm table 511/1.  I have special dietary needs.  We have been customers for over 10 years.  Lately they have made mistakes with most of my meals, we say something and they fix it.  Tonight they sat somebody else using our call ahead number, then tried to seat us at a table not big enough for a twig.  The salad was not right and before I got back from taking it up to the manager our prime rib arrived.  My husband had not even had two bites of his salad.  The prime rib was cold.  They took back the meat and put it in the microwave and then brought it right back to us.  The waiter, Brian was fantastic!  The kitchen manager, Greg should have had some say over the meat having been sitting before being served, then microwaved and returned quickly to us.  The 1st manager, Gabe did not appear to be concerned and did not discount out meal at all.  This should have been a given since the entire meal from arriving to leaving was plagued with issues.  The 2nd manager, Lindsay tried to do what she could and made it a bit better.  We expect quality and customer service when we dine out.  Mistakes happen and should be fixed.  The customer should feel like you want them to return and spend your hard earned cash at their establishment.  We are looking for a new steak house and will not return to this Texas Roadhouse.
