We had a agent that was though them and that is the second time I have used this company and have gotten taken advantage of by this company. We had a condo for sale, and our listing agent in six months had maybe the max 10 open houses, hardly exposed it and was way to high on commission. I wouldn't mind paying that commission if she had open house for us once ever week or two and exposed it like I see so many other agents do but she didn't. We are new to selling so now that we know that there are other agents that work for the money and have lower commission we will defiantly look some where else. I am sure there are some good agents within skogman but just be careful is all I am going to say.
