He said the roof needed to be placed and I agreed to a new Decra steel roof.. He said they could start the work in 2 weeks and he ended up starting almost 2 months later. He had bad communication throughout the project, he parked his trailer in front of my neighbor?s house for almost 3 weeks, he did not tell me the Decra steel roof could not be put on part of the house due to pitch but I agreed to have a traditional steel roof put on for this part. His communication got worse at this point but he did finally complete the roof. He never repaired the chimney leak and after going back and forth with him about it and even going to the BBB I finally gave up fighting with him and terminated the relationship.

"I am sorry but am certain you have the wrong company as my records do not reflect any work being completed in that area, please re-check your paperwork or contract, I don't have that address within my records....sorry but my company would've not done a job that way....Thank you"

I did not feel comfortable with the company. He decided what the problem was even before looking at it, and made it a big job than I asked him to do.

"Excuse me [member name remove] but I did exactly what you requested, and I told you what the issue was...I am sorry you homeowners do not know nothing about roofing products or its properties....You purchased the package so you knew firsthand what my job was, How can you state you didn't feel comfortable, what did I do to make you feel that way...So [member name remove] since you didn't trust what I told you was the issue, What was the problem since you called someone else after purchasing my package....? I am sure they told you the same thing....Your roof is way past being replaced 25 yrs old, you have no granulars left as my pictures supports that your cap shingles are all split up and you have the wrong kind of ridge vent installed just like your insurance representative stated....I did as prescribed in my DEAL....and would like PAID as WELL for my SERVICES as they were rendered per our appointment......"
