Concrete Repair
We had a real mess because he dug out the sidewalk in October and it was getting too late to pour. Since he never returned out phone calls or messages we were left with a dug out sidewalk all winter long. The city of Cedar Rapids also tried several times to talk to him but he never came back. We had to pay someone else in the Spring to pour the concrete. We are out the $750.
