I called Overhead Door immediately. The staff was prompt and courteous, calling twice to confirm. Mike, the service technician, was professional and skilled. Mike solved the issue quickly and also answered questions about key pad entry that proved beneficial. We will use Overhead Door in the future.

We had a problem with the garage door opener not operating properly. I suspected that it might be the electric eye. After trying to adjust the eye and cleaning the lense, it still did not resolve the problem. Overhead Door Company of Cedar Rapids came over and rewired the system. A few days later we had the same problem with the door. This time Overhead Door came out right away and replaced the eye unit. There was a charge for coming out the first time but not for the second time; just a charge for the electric eye unit.
