 + -1 moreMike is personable, prompt and very knowledgeable. He arrived, discussed the problem with the computer (very slow), took the computer and in a few days returned it with the above result.
Description of Work: Installed a new hard-drive and made a slave drive of the old one. Cleaned up the computer so that it recovered the speed that I needed.
