The repairman arrived in a timely fashion, and slipped on booties to cover his work shoes. He determined that the water heater was over 20 years old in our house (not really a surprise!). He recommended a new water heater, and had one called in to be delivered on another truck while he was removing the old water heater. In a matter of about 2 hours, he had completely replaced the new water heater.
I would highly recommend Master Plumbing for water heater replacement! The repairman was courteous, clean, professional and efficient. He answered all of my questions about our new water heater.
This was accomplished in a profession and timely manner.
While Sean was here, I asked that he check our original construction sump pump. He tested the unit with a diagnostic tool that validated my suspicion that it did in fact need to be replaced. I appreciated that he was able to replace the sump pump on the same visit so I didn't have to take additional time away from work.

"Dear (removed member name), I’m so sorry you had a negative experience with my company 18 years ago. Years ago, when we were a new construction company, the builders were very specific about which fixtures to provide. The decision was made solely by the builder, regardless of our recommendations. Often they would specify that we use products below the quality level we preferred. Unfortunately, this was out of our hands. Additionally, we never got to communicate with the home buyers during the process, as the builders withheld any contact information from us. We no longer are involved in building new homes. We now specialize in service and remodeling. Regarding my staff being anything other than professional, I’m baffled by this statement. I always have, and continue to train my staff to treat our clients as we would want to be treated. This is evidenced by our winning the Angie’s List Super Service Award in 2012, 2013, and 2014, since we joined. Only the top 5% of contractors get this award. In your case, an incident that happened so long ago is not something I can research, to respond appropriately. I tried, but our records are shredded after the seven year IRS mandated period. We don’t have the physical space to store older records. I’d love to have a second chance with your family using our services, to prove how we stand out from our competition. Dave Judd President"
It may not be the least expensive one but the quality of service was great.
