They were late because of a missing piece of equipment. That being said, they kept on contact with me with status updates. Also, because of the inconvenience, the manager gave me a discounted rate. I've used master plumber before, and will always continue to use them in the future

Very good start to finish!

We needed to add a water valve for a new refrigerator and had an issue with a valve not shutting off.  I called at 8am Thursday morning and they worked me in.  Called that afternoon about 20 minutes before coming out and took care of all my problems in a very short time frame.  I was very satisfied with the work.

He checked out the faucets and then gave us the estimate on how much it was going to cost, in two different ways.  The cheaper faucets or the one that costs a little bit more.

Plumber arrived on time.  One outdoor faucet needed to be completely replace because the pipe had broken.  The other just needed tweaking.  He fixed my leaky tub faucet, and even gave me a new plate to go behind the handle without charging me for the it (mine was cracked, and I hadn't been able to find one at the stores to replace it).  Snaked kitchen sink drains because they were sluggish.
Explained everything that was wrong, and what needed to be done to correct the problems.
Was there for just over two hours and charged $300 for labor, which I felt was a bit high.

It was worth the money. I would use him again if I had plumbing needs.

It was my first time experience with them. I rate them very highly and I would use them in the future.

I found Master Plumbing in the phone book. They did a wonderful job. There was some miscommunication with the scheduling. The first time I scheduled, nobody showed up. They apologized and had someone out the next day.
