L and S has always been very good to work with. I list repo homes and they have done initial clean-ups and continued routine lawn care for me. I simply call him, give him the address and I do not have to call again, except to tell him that he does not need to do it anymore. He does what needs to be done in a timely manner and follows up with each property on a regular basis until that property has sold. He is very honest. I have a maximum amount that I can spend on yard services and although he is aware of that amount, he will only charge what he would charge anyone else. Additionally, if the property does not need services that week, he will not do it. I appreciate their quality, timelieness but most importantly their honesty.

I called to get my yard aerated. The gentleman I spoke with answerd the phone right away, took all my information and put me on the schedule. He wanted a wait a couple weeks because rain was coming and the aeration would work better after the rain. A couple weeks later, two people came by and took care of everything. One of the guys came to the door to check to see if there were any buried wires in the yard they should be aware of, or if there were any troubled spots I wanted looked at. He even answered a couple general yard questions I had that I was going to work on myself.

They are easy to work with and they are timely. Everything has gone just fine.
