We are a locally-owned and operated vehicle repair and maintenance shop conveniently located near I-380 and Collins Rd N.E. in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We have over 30 years of experience and work on most vehicles. We specialize in oil changes, diagnosing and servicing engine repairs, and fleet maintenance. I had a sidewall bubble in one of front tires from hitting a pothole.  Klein's was able to accommodate me the same day on a holiday weekend.  They ordered the tires and got them replaced within a couple of hours.  And they asked me to return after a week to ensure the lug nuts were still tightened.

Pro's : The work was performed satisfactorily and quickly. I did have to wait on ordered parts before the repair could be done, but once the parts were received the work was quickly done. I also appreciated that it did not appear any markup was added for the parts.

Con's: The labor rate of $80 an hour and a basic oil change of $46 seemed a little high.
