J C'S GLASS

J C's is at the top of Angie's List, and I can see why! I called and made an appointment for them to come out to Maricopa (the city). My insurance company was called while I was on the phone so that any questions could be handled immediately. The truck arrived promptly on the day scheduled and had my windshield replaced within 35 minutes. I found everyone that I dealt with to be professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Hopefully, the Element will not need another windshield, but if it does, I will be calling J C's!

My appointment was for in between noon and 5 p.m. They showed up at 12:15, it took only 45 minutes to replace both windows and the price I was quoted on the phone was the price I was charged.

Called and set time, was there on time and completed work quickly. Very friendly. Did all the paperwork with the insurance company. Would use again and recommend to others.

Absolutely great. I called, and they were very willing to come to the location. Their prices were comparable to other quotes. Their quality of work was excellent, and they were punctual, professional and courteous. They also cleaned around the car, and the windshield was spotless. They also were willing to take my out-of-state check (from Ohio).

JC'S HAS BEEN MY AUTO-GLASS-REPAIR-SERVICE OF CHOICE FOR YEARS. THEY ARE PROMPT, COME TO YOUR SITE (HOME/WORK) AND I HAVE HAD 3 WINDSHIELDS REPLACED BY JC'S, NONE OF WHICH HAVE EVER HAD A SUBSEQUENT INSTALL PROBLEM (SUCH AS LEAKS, DEFECTS, ETC.) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY PUT THE GASKET AROUND THE WINDSHIELD CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME SO THERE WERE NO AIRLEAKS OR WATR LEAKS. THE WINDSHIELD HAD THE GLARE STRIP @ THE TOP LIKE THE PREVIOUS ONE. CAME TO MY HUSBAND'S WORK SO WE WERE NOT INCONVENIENCED.

THIS WAS THE THIRD AND LOWEST QUOTE WE RECEIVED. DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR SUNDAY SERVICE . EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, AND UNDER THEIR VERBAL QUOTE ON THE PHONE.

TOOK TIME TO NAIL CRACKED FRAME IN PLACE UNTIL NEW WINDOW ARRIVED. TOOK A MONTH FOR WINDOW TO COME IN - THOUGHT THAT WAS TOO LONG. OVERALL GOOD SERVICE AND GOOD TO WORK WITH.

OUR INSURANCE COMPANY RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY. THEY CAME RIGHT TO THE HOUSE, AT THE SPECIFIED TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN THE DRIVEWAY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A NICE JOB.
