"Thank [Member Name Removed]! We don't charge for bedbug inspections, we simply want our customers to be pest free for a fair price. We are THRILLED when we can tell people they don't have bedbugs! Thanks for the great review!"
"Thanks (removed members personal information) We understand that many of our customers have small pets and/or children and that chemical toxicity may be an issue that you have questions about. We would rather spend time with our customers to make sure they are getting the EXACT service they need and feel confident about their safety...as well as their fear of bugs! (my own daughter refuses to go in her playhouse if there is a SINGLE spider!!!) Call us if you need anything! We'll be here!!"
"We're the small community specialists! There is something so neat about small towns, and Anamosa is no different! Whether it is a termite inspection near the high school or sand fleas on a farm, we will be there to help you out however possible! (And, to be honest, I love talking to you about guitars!!!!) Heather Heartland Pest Control"
"Thanks for your input (removed member's name)! What you likely found was, in fact, a beetle- commonly called a "water bug". This beetle is a scavenger that possesses mouth parts allowing him to pierce and suck. However, the water bug is also a member of the cockroach family, and these two insects are frequently confused for one another. Without knowing the biting habits, habitat and diet, it is often difficult to distinguish the two. Regardless of the type of insect, we know you just want them out of your house! I'm sure that was the case, and you're now living insect free!! Heather Heartland Pest Control"
