These guys are great. Kelly was upfront about a very expensive part and how the money spent may not actually fix the problem. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. He didn't even charge me for a couple hours of troubleshooting and a technician consult. He stood behind his work and was honest; what more can you ask for?

I took my car in on noon on Monday and I picked my car up this morning, I was told it would take about 3 days.
They were so good to work with and they did an excellent job on it. I was pleased with the personnel I worked with. The final estimate was only $54 over the original estimate which I was warned in the beginning it may be a little over or a little under depending on what parts they had to get. I would highly recommend them. They even cleaned the inside and the outside. It never even looked like I was in a wreck, it looked as good as before.

It went very well. The shop is immaculately clean and well cared-for. Our car was in and out within three days. The estimate was exact and adhered to. They delivered my car back to me at my place of work, which was very convenient for me. My only complaint was that the gold color was a little bit off - by just a tiny bit. I don't think most people would even notice, but I am a stickler for color tone. In certain light, I notice it, just barely. It wasn't enough for me to call back and insist on a re-paint. But that is the only reason I rated a and quot;Band quot; instead of an and quot;Aand quot;. Otherwise, I am completely happy with Golden Hammer. Perhpas the gold color is very difficult to color match.

They were very professional and did quality work, even detailed the car inside and out before I got it back, which impressed me.
Chose this provider because they were one of three that were offered by my auto ins. co. I had no complaints that weren't probably more the fault of my ins. co.
These guys impressed me enough that I would use their service in the future over going with an unknown.

hey next fI dented the front bumper at my sister-in-law,s house.. i took it to the Golden Hammer because they had worked on another car that I had awhile ago. I likethem then. Anyhow I thought they could fix it without my turning it into insurance. But then he told me what it would cost. So we called my insurance company. He then handled the rest for me. The next day I went and dropped off my car. picked up a rental car and the next day I went and got my car. It was all fixed and all I had to pay was my deductable. They did an excellent job. I am 73 years and a widow. I really appreciate it when people are so helpful and honest. I would use them again if I ever have to.

It was great. Personable, professional, reasonable costs. Very happy and would definitely use them again.

After a storm pelted my car with golfball sized hail, I took my car to Golden Hammer for an estimate. I've used Golden Hammer before (when my bumper was damaged during transport) and as always, I was impressed by how clean their facilities are. Wade took about half an hour to prepare the estimate, going over every inch of my car, counting dents and explaining exactly how they'd repair the car. Originally they'd planned to take three days to repair the damage with paintless dent removal, but because they ended up having to repaint the hood and roof, it took five days, but Golden Hammer was good about keeping me informed of where my repair was. When finished, Golden Hammer returned the car detailed both inside and out.
