We called Garcia roofing to come out and check our roof etc because we had mild water damage above our stove after a big snow. Next day service. After checking in the attic and roof, he came down and gave me a thorough explanation that there was no leak and maybe just happened because some snow got packed in and was melting. Didn't charge me even though I offered because they came from Cedar Rapids down to Iowa City. "Part of doing business." So a honest business, prompt and thorough. I'll be hiring them for any future roofing needs.

Very quick response time when I had a leak in my roof. Came out the same day I called to look at my roof. Was able to get it fixed teh following day.

After several delays due to weather issues, the crew spent an afternoon repairing the leaking area of our roof. It seems like the job was done well. Time will tell. They were easy to work with and able to solve problems that came up.

Estimate was for $3575 . High for the small roof. The afternoon of the job he called to say that something did not match up. This is at the back of the house and does not show. He said that it would cost him $800 to make it right but he would split the cost and only charge me $400 . But quoted me a charge of $450 . This week I got the invoice and it is not $400 or $450 , but for $1000 more than the estimate. I would not have hired him at this price nor would I recommend him to anyone else. We settled for the original amount.
