Do not let this business work on your vehicle! We took our escape in for a nail in a tire. They fixed it and gave us a service check. Within the week our motor went out. THERE WAS NO OIL IN THE ENGINE. They started to do an oil change which we didn't want, then they must have stopped halfway through after they called me to ask about replacing our air filter. I said no, and they said our vehicle was ready. Our vehicle has never used up oil, and our mechanic came out and said that the oil must have been drained. He states that it isn't burning up the oil. When we checked out from firestone they gave us paperwork with a different vehicles information on it. We filed a claim with them, and the investigated it. The guy they sent out immediately said our car is older and has to be burning oil. He took a few pictures and left. Then insurance denied the claim and said they would send us appeal info. They never did, and then wouldn't return our calls or emails. DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE!
