Family Physicians/Cedar Rapids

I arrived on time. Filled out the required paperwork. The office manager was very thorough checking to make sure my information was updated and correct. Waited 5 minutes before the nurse got my vitals and reason for visit.
Jennifer was very thorough with my exam. She addressed the questions and concerns I came with, then asked several more questions to make sure nothing was missed.
We went through a couple of different options for my course of treatment and agreed on one after talking it out (I do have some medical knowledge). I like that my visits are not rushed and I feel like my voice is heard. Great practice!

We love Dr. Goedken and the entire staff. at Family Physicians. They know us by name when we walk through the door and they know our history. I feel very comfortable that Dr. Goedken and the staff always have our best interests at heart and treat accordingly. My daughter has asthma and we have received excellent care and advice for her. There is always someone available, day or night, to answer questions or suggest a course of action. I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff. The office is not in the most convenient location, in downtown C.R., but I don't even care because I know that our medical needs are in the best hands.
