Hey Mike and the Nerds, THANK YOU! I just wanted to say that, I've been waiting for months to say that to a contractor! I called late last week, Mike came and took a look at the mess our previous contractor left in our attic and sent me a quote super fast. When I called to schedule the job I was fully prepared for yet another lengthy wait and many broken promises. What I received instead was super friendly and professional service, and a pledge the Energy Nerds crew would be at my doorstep Monday morning...the very next business day! And you know what? They were! I was holding back my smile till they actually came but believe me, I was ready. The guys came in, took at look at the project, explained how they were going to get it done...and did it. Just that simple. No excuses. No blown promises...just...DONE. In less than 30 minutes I finally have attic insulation which meets or exceeds Code! To top it all off, these guys even vacuumed up after themselves before leaving. Then. For maybe the first time since the Derecho, I smiled because of a contractor. Thank you guys, thank you Mike for exhibiting such professionalism and pride in your company! In your wake, you've left two very happy and satisfied customers.

My review may change, but so far I am frustrated with the response on issues from Energy Nerds. Maybe things will start going better soon, but for right now I'm holding my breath. People are nice and friendly, when they respond to calls, but takes me calling before movement occurs.

Did a great job despite the horrible heat. Put siding back in place to where wouldn't even know they was there. They also picked up and was all tidy when they left! Great ppl to work with! Awesome job!
