Arrived over 1 hour late for the scheduled appointment for a clogged drain issue. Did a quick look over of the house drain pipes and then advised he would attempt to clear the blockage. He went on and advised when he was done there would be leaks, some of the existing pipes will be damaged and will have to be replaced, and I would have to call a plumber to finish the repair. When I stated to him "I thought I did hire a plumber", his response was "no I didn't hire a plumber. He just cleans drains". He arrived after 5:00 pm and it was obvious to me, he had something else on his agenda and this situation was not on it. I advised if I have to hire another company to finish what he admitted he probably could not fix, I will just hire them to do the job and then declined his services. The whole visit was under 15 minutes-NOT A THING WAS DONE-and I still had to pay a full service charge of $53.50!!! When I asked for a receipt I was told he did not have any and they would mail me one. 3 weeks later no receipt and that did not surprise me at all. MY ONLY ADVICE WOULD BE TO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!!! POOR SERVICE IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE !!!!
