We hired Corridor Construction in the summer/fall of 2016 to remove our old rotted wooden deck and replace it with new full composite deck and railing. Corridor was recommended to us by a Building Inspector we have in the family. We could not have been more pleased with the quality of their work, and the straight-forward manner of dealings with the contractor. The deck turned out absolutely (and still is) beautiful, and the quality of their workmanship is very evident to this day. I did not check competitive bids, because I trusted the referral from an excellent source in the building business, and had no reason to question or doubt Corridor during any part of the process. I would recommend them without any hesitancy in the future. The photo shows only about half the deck.

We have been very pleased with all of the work and will call them again when we have something that needs to be done. They are very professional, came up with good design ideas, very clean, and very easy to work with.
Originally we had started with just some small jobs which led to hiring them throughout a 1 - 1 1/2 year time period, with the remodeling of our main living area being the biggest enterior job.

After reviewing this company bid we choose another company, we also posted on here angie's list as how this companies bid was outrageous, only to have the owner call us and threaten to sue us for giving bad feed back. All we did was state a fact so others would know our experience. It was an insurance company paid rebuild and I was required to submit permits to both the insurance and mortgage company to obtain approval of the contractor that we selected.

"The following are truths related to my very brief interaction with this individual: Over one month ago I received a phone call from this individual who wanted his detached garage removed and replaced. I provided homeowner a FREE proposal within one week of phone call. I never performed any work for this individual. I have never met this individual. I contacted the individual via phone after receiving a very low rating on Angie’s List. After introducing myself on the phone he immediately became infuriated and began yelling profanity. The duration of the phone call was less than 15 seconds. Note: I recommend to all individuals who are seeking an estimate to contact at least three contractors. It is also extremely important to get at least three references from each contractor. I highly advise receiving professional references not just names/phone numbers of homeowners. My company has done extensive work in the local community. I have completed and continue to do work for non-profit agencies, large industrial companies, numerous homeowners, local and federal government agencies, property management companies, retail establishments, etc. I would be very happy to provide references to those who are seeking a qualified contractor. Thank you."
