Mold Remediation, Mold Testing
There was dampness on the garage floor in a small area adjacent to where the chimney comes through. Duane determined that the water was coming in because of flashing around the chimney that needed to be repaired. He also found mold in the drywall of the ceiling where the water was leaking down the outside of the chimney. He was to repair the flashing, remove the mold as per EPA standards, and replace/patch the drywall. Several months after the job was completed I noticed that the floor was damp in the same area. I attempted to contact him several times via phone and email. He did respond to the email saying that he would check it out, but he never did and didn't respond to any of my calls. Also, the storm door he repaired broke soon after he repaired it.
