I chose this company because the listing showed both license and bond as well as insured. When I called for est. Dave made an appointment to come over. He could not make it at the time we had scheduled and he called to let me know he was running late, adding an approximate time when he would be done. When he arrived, he introduced himself and gave me a business card. He was greeted at the door by my bouncy Jack Russell and he was very tolerant of my dog's curiosity. He assessed the windows I wanted replaced and quoted me a price for installation, to which I agreed, and did the job for the quoted cost the same day. All the work was done with the tools he had on his truck. He was courteous and professional, did not leave a mess and he took away the window packaging when he was finished. There were no extra costs. I would call him again if I need my windows repaired.
