I was originally having issues with my overhead windows. I sent this company a card that they had given me in the mail, and they called me to scheduled an appointment. They told me that they could give me 10% off the first time I called. They never showed up for this appointment and so I called them. They told me that the appointment was set for next week. They never showed again. I called and spoke Chris Perry about the fact that you had given them your SSN to do a credit check. However, I have called multiple times and have been unable to contact them, regarding the security of my SSN. I wanted them to send me something in writing verifying that my SSN would not be compromised. After pushing them to give me a written confirmation, they finally faxed me a letter that was not signed. This is questionable business practices.
