They've always done a very good job. They weren't as clean as some of them would have been. They knew exactly what to do and it went right. They got the job done. Everything worked after they were finished. The price was very reasonable compared to some of the other ones. I've had them out here several times and they always got the job done. If you have a plumbing problem, they'll go and fix it.

It went very well. We had a clogged drain in our basement the day before our Open House. I also couldn't do the laundry because the drain was clogged. We tried calling several other plumbers first and we had trouble getting someone to come out on a Saturday. We finally called Roto-Rooter. The gal who answered the phone was extremely helpful. She quoted us the prices for a service call and said if we would wait until 9 a.m. to call (it was 7:25 a.m. at the time) we would save a good deal of money.

We waited until 9 a.m. and called. The serviceman was at our door within 10 minutes. Within 15 minutes he'd solved the problem AND taken the time to explain what had gone wrong and what we could do in the future to avoid having the same problem.

The drain works perfectly now and our Open House should be a success tomorrow. I would call Roto-Rooter again in a second. The serviceman was polite, professional, and knew exactly what to do. He even cleaned up after himself! The price was very fair and he didn't waste any time at all.

Overall it was an awesome experience!
