Good hard worker

Got a bid from home Advisors and this is who called to take the job. Very friendly and gave me hope. It was slowly destroyed over time and continued changes in the way the job was done by one person than the other. Very different in work and personality. I was told one thing when just Kelli was in charge, and told complete different prices, ways things would be done, how. and treated 100% different and with blatant disrespect when her husband/boyfriend was there. I was left confused and unsure about the jobs day to day schedule and if it would be completed. Ultimately it was not. I was billed $160 more than the bid, which Kelli repeatedly said would NOT change. I was left with one small load to go to storage. One small load. They left me with nothing in my apartment I was leaving to wear, to eat, to sleep with. Because THEY disagree on how to do the job. Because they do not care about the job they bid, and completing it. No one leaves a client in the situation they did to myself. No one. I have every single word of the agreement. It was not honest or forthright from the moment the two disagreed about the job and her bid. I was left to suffer, go broke and pay out over $250 more to hire an unknown person to move a few things to my storage unit and drop me off a few blocks away. All because this two person team decided to quit the job out of personal differences in how to bid, work and ultimately treat a client. I am not the first. According to Kellie they should not work together doing this work. They both should not be doing this job imo. They literally left the job with less than 2 hrs tops to complete it. The professionalism is utterly lacking and to be honest I did not feel safe or secure about them or the way they did business the entire time. They are NOT professional movers. If you have fine china, glass, framed art, or anything antique or valuable please seek out professional and well trained movers. You can expect so much more. I wanted so much for this gal to be who she claimed to be. I was sadly and detrimental disappointed. Their misconduct cost me dearly. Both physically and emotionally. Not to mention financially and it/they put me in a period of homelessness. Do yourself a favor and use well established professionals. Not a couple who are incompatible to work together, let alone for you.

I hired them to move me and complete the move out cleaning of the apartment. They moved everything with care and cleaned thoroughly carpet and all-the apartment looked new. I wholeheartedly recommended them. I will be a repeat customer.

It's worth it.
