I bought a suzuki verona from this dealership maybe a month ago. It drove back to marshalltown fine. After a few days I figured oh maybe it needs brake pads, maybe a bearing. Turns out one of the lower control arms was snapped in half, and the other is not far behind it. They are the most trusted things I've ever seen. I realized how dangerous this could be driving with my 1 year old son in the car. I think I've barely driven 100 miles on it, just because I drove it back from cedar falls to marshalltown. It will cost me nearly 1200 to get fixed but these people insisted my car was worth 2600 for the "quality". Doesn't seem right to me.

Quickly figured out the problem and gave us an estimate and had a special going on so the price was great!

The service staff at Dan Deery is a pleasure to deal with. Great attitudes, excellent communication and lots of knowledge. You pay a little more for dealer service but these guys earn the price. They are always happy to give advice and are always willing to fulfill my special requests.

I bought it as part of a package when we first bought our vehicle, we get our first 5 years of service free. I haven't had anything but positive results with them.

Previously I had an oil change done and they sent me a $5 back. They treat me nice and explain things well. They call back to make sure everything has gone fine.

Worked me in quickly to accommodate an upcoming trip. Kept me informed. Worked with the insurance company. Kept things as hassle free as possible for me.

I would recommend them. They did good work.
