The carpet cleaning did not go well. First, the Angie's deal for $99 for 3 rooms had fine prints attached which they didn't tell me when I scheduled for the cleaning. So, the cost was double the listed price. Plus the tea/coffee stains didn't come off and it looked the same as before. It just cleaned the regular dirt on the carpet. I will not use the service again nor recommend it to anyone.

We are sorry about your experience with our company. We will always make an attempt to correct any problem that arrises. We did not hear from you directly so we did not know that there was an issue with the cleaning. As always we go over the price and explain any concerns we have with colored stains before we start any service so we are on the same page. Your deal was for up to 350 sq feet and you were wanting more than 700 sq feet cleaned so that's why the price was more as we had explained before the work was done. The yellow tea stains we explained there was a good chance they would not come out as they can be permanent due to customer scrubbing and the yellow coloring on white carpet. We have before and after pictures that show a dramatic change in the carpet appearance and are available for your viewing. We appreciate your business and value your response.

Mark was on time (really he was early) and did a terrific job. The carpet looks really good. He was very professional. The stain in one part of the carpet is still there but it was not his fault we have to contact the manufacture.

Went very well, he did a great job cleaning the main room and applied special treatments to the dining room where we discovered some pet stains and odors.
Description of Work: We got over 900 square feet of carpet cleaned on very short notice after moving into our newly purchased home. We discovered the carpets weren't as clean as we expected and They were able to come on very short notice and clean the rooms before the furniture arrived.
