+ -1 moreChris performed 2 prompt home inspections for us. He provided a very detailed report (37 pages - complete with pictures) to us within 12 hours of completing the inspection. Based on his first inspection of the property, we were able to see exactly what costly problems the home had and decided to not proceed with the purchase. He also worked with our Realtor to complete the inspection because we are moving from out of state. I would highly recommend him for your home inspection needs.
